RRN Properties which is short for Rifumo Ra Ntsako owes its name to founder Jostina Shibambo. Rifumo Ra Ntsako is Tsonga for “Wealth Of Happiness”. RRN Properties believe that as property is a form of wealth it will give people joy to know that they are buying with the backing of extensive knowledge offered by the experienced staff of RRN Properties and not just blindly investing.
Jostina Shibambo, founder and CEO of RRN Properties, has been in the real estate industry since 2016 working for a very prominent and globally recognised real estate company. During this time since 2016 Jostina build extensive credibility and trust as a real estate agent. Real estate marketing and sales requires dedication above all things and Jostina reached a pivotal milestone in the real estate industry in February 2021 by selling her hundredth property.
Most of Jostina’s clients are return clients buying three or more properties in the period 2018 to February 2021. A lot of Jostina’s clients are also investors who buy property to capitalize on property rental opportunities and rental income. There are also a number of first time buyers who build a trust relationship with Jostina. RRN Properties is a 100% Black owned real estate company with 60% Black female representation.
LONG-TERM GOALS
RRN Properties would like to gradually expand into other districts within the Gauteng area.
SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY
Acquiring and owning property has been something which has been out of reach for the previously disadvantaged and majority people of South Africa. RRN Properties will actively embark on a program of creating real estate awareness specifically aimed at previously disadvantaged communities and more specifically the youth in those communities.
